Federico Seligardi was born in Italy, in Reggio Emilia, the iconic city of parmigiano Reggiano and fresh pasta. He always enjoyed cooking from an early age with his grandmother and decided to pursue a career in cooking. He attended ALMA mater school in Italian cuisine and upon graduation he worked at many Italian restaurants including Michelin Starred Restaurant Da Candida.

He wanted to extend his knowledge in cooking and decided to give Toronto a try where there is a large Italian community. He started working for us six years ago as Head Chef ARIA under the tutelage of Eron Novalski.
