Humberto Sanchez was born and raised in Venezuela and has over 17 years of experience in restaurants around the world. His culinary journey has taken him from DiverXO Madrid’s only 3 Michelin-star restaurant, to the Biltmore Hotel in Miami. Further his travels thru out Italy including Rome, Tuscany, Piedmont and Milan where is passion and love of the Italian cuisine grew.
Toronto, he has recently found his gastronomic home, with the culinary team of Paese Ristorante and Leat Catering. Humberto shares his love and passion for cooking with the students of George Brown College. Humberto’s specialties also include Paelleros, cooking open-fire paellas for events and festivals.
